Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TC Auto collects when you use tcauto.vn, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We collect only what we need and we never sell your information.
1. About this policy
The website tcauto.vn (the “Website”) is operated by TC Auto (“TC Auto”, “we”, “us”), located at 463 Trưng Nữ Vương, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. TC Auto sells and installs in-car screens, window film, paint protection film, speakers and accessories through its dealer network. This policy applies to everyone who uses the Website: visitors, people who leave contact details, people who submit articles or comments to our “Hiểu xe” (Understanding Cars) blog, and staff who use the admin area.
By using the Website or sending us information you confirm that you have read this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information through the Website. We process personal data in accordance with the laws of Vietnam on personal data protection, cybersecurity and electronic transactions.

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive information (such as health, religious or political information, national ID numbers or payment card data). The Website does not currently process online payments.
3. How we use information
- To contact you with advice, quotes, installation guidance and after-sales care as you requested.
- To connect you with a suitable dealer or installation point, if you ask us to.
- To review, edit and publish articles and comments, and to contact authors when we need to verify or correct a submission.
- To prevent spam, abuse and unusual automated access (using hashed IP addresses and rate limits).
- To produce aggregate, anonymous statistics so we can improve the Website.
- To comply with legal obligations and handle complaints or disputes.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, unless the law requires it. We only call or message you about our products after you have left your details and asked for advice, and you may opt out at any time.
6. How long we keep information
- Contact details for advice: for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the customer relationship, until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed, unless the law requires longer retention.
- Public articles and comments: kept and shown until you ask us to remove them or we remove them under our Terms of Use.
- Anonymous usage statistics: kept in aggregate form; not linked to any individual. Data in Google Analytics 4 is kept for the period we configure (at most 14 months).
- Admin activity logs: kept for security and incident investigation.
When the period ends, or when you make a valid request, we delete or anonymise the information.
7. How we protect information
- The Website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- The admin area requires login and role-based permissions (view only, editor, admin); important actions are logged.
- Phone numbers and emails of article authors and phone numbers of people who left details are never shown publicly and cannot be read from outside.
- IP addresses are not stored in raw form; only a hash is kept to prevent spam. Rate limits prevent automated access.
- Data is hosted with providers that apply industry-standard protection and backups.
No system is completely secure. If an incident affecting your information occurs, we will respond and notify as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you may:
- Be informed about how your data is processed (this policy).
- Consent or not consent to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Access your information and ask us to correct it.
- Ask for a copy of your information.
- Ask us to delete it, restrict processing or object to processing, within the limits of the law.
- Complain, report a violation or claim damages as provided by law.
To exercise these rights, email tcautovn@gmail.com or call 093 617 6996 (Thứ 2 - 7 | 8:00 - 17:30), stating your full name, the phone number or email you used and your request. We may verify your identity first and will respond within the time the law requires. Withdrawing consent or asking for deletion may mean we can no longer advise you or publish your article.
9. Children
The Website is intended for adults interested in cars and does not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Google, YouTube and Meta APIs
TC Auto operates an official YouTube channel (TC Auto Official) and a Facebook page. Authorised TC Auto staff may connect TC Auto’s own accounts to the YouTube Data API and Meta APIs in order to upload, schedule and manage TC Auto’s own videos and posts.
- We use the access we are granted only for that purpose, and only for TC Auto’s own accounts, channel and content.
- We do not collect personal information about viewers or other users through these APIs, and we do not sell or share data obtained from Google or Meta APIs with third parties.
- TC Auto’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke TC Auto’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
11. Links to other sites
The Website may link to manufacturers, social networks and cited sources. This policy does not apply to those sites; please read their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Website or the law changes. The new version is posted here with its effective date. For important changes we will post a prominent notice. Continuing to use the Website after the effective date means you accept the update.
