By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. You must have legal capacity under Vietnamese law to submit information, articles or comments.
2. Content and information
The Website presents the products and services of TC Auto and its dealer network (in-car screens, window film, paint protection film, speakers, accessories), apps, and articles about cars and technology.
Information is provided for reference. Technical specifications and manufacturer images are compiled from manufacturers’ published sources at the time of posting and may change without notice. Where a manufacturer has not published a value, we state “Manufacturer has not published”.
Prices, gifts, promotions and availability change over time and by dealer. A price or promotion shown on the Website is not a binding offer; an official quotation is one confirmed to you by TC Auto or a dealer. For products without a listed price, the Website says “Contact for a quote”.
Articles about technology, events and third-party products (for example demonstrations by car makers) are edited from public sources with references, to inform readers, and are not buying advice or technical advice for any particular case.
Photos labelled “Photo: Winca” are published by Winca; we cite the source and do not present them as vehicles installed by TC Auto.
We try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it. If you notice an error, please tell us so we can correct it.
3. Purchases, installation and warranty
The Website does not sell products and does not take online payments. Purchases, installation, warranty and after-sales service are carried out directly between you and TC Auto or a dealer under the quotation, invoice, warranty card and policies provided at the time of the transaction, in line with consumer protection law. General warranty information on the Website is for reference only; the warranty documents for each product set the actual terms.
4. Articles and comments (Hiểu xe)
You may submit articles or comments. By submitting, you promise and agree that:
You are the author or have lawful rights to the content and images you submit, and they do not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, image, privacy or other rights.
The contact details you provide (name, phone, email) are genuine; we use phone and email only to contact you, verify and review, and do not publish them.
You grant TC Auto a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, without time or territorial limit, to store, display, edit (correct errors, shorten, format), share and promote your submission on the Website and TC Auto’s official channels, crediting you by the name you provided. You remain the owner of your content.
Every submission is reviewed by TC Auto before publication. We may reject, edit, hide or remove an article or comment at any time, including after publication, without explanation or compensation, especially if it breaches these terms or the law. Publishing does not mean TC Auto endorses the author’s views.
User-submitted content reflects the author’s own opinions. TC Auto is not responsible for its accuracy.
You may ask us to remove your article or comment by contacting tcautovn@gmail.com. If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, send a notice with the link, a description of the right infringed and your contact details; we will review and act promptly.
5. Prohibited conduct
When using the Website you must not:

Brands, product names and images of manufacturers (such as Winca, Bravo, DEGO, 3M) and of third parties belong to their respective owners; naming them describes products and does not imply endorsement.

7. Third-party services and links
